| With the increasing number of vehicles in China’s expressway,in order to meet the demand of traffic travel,most roads are or have been expanded.As the number of lanes on expressways is more than before,the lane rights of existing vehicles are more diversified.In addition,due to the continuous growth of the proportion of freight vehicles in the operation,the traffic operation under the condition of mixed passenger and freight lanes is also facing challenges.The speed between passenger and freight vehicles is different,and the blocking of slow cars and the lane changing acceleration of fast cars lead to the reduction of road capacity and the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents.Therefore,according to the size and dynamic performance of passenger and freight cars,how to adjust the speed according to the difference It is of great practical significance to design the expressway lane management scheme under the condition of multi-Lane in accordance with the actual traffic conditions for improving the road traffic efficiency and safety.Taking China’s multi-Lane expressway as the research object,this paper studies the adaptability of different lane management methods.This paper introduces and analyzes the theory and application of lane management and truck mixing,sums up that the most commonly used lane management method in China is the separation of passenger and freight,and puts forward several lane management methods suitable for China’s expressway combined with the actual road situation.This paper takes two expressways in China as the investigation target,which represent the current situation of two-way six lane and two-way ten Lane expressway.Referring to the existing vehicle classification ideas summarized by scholars at home and abroad,the research vehicles are divided into four categories.This paper analyzes and compares the traffic characteristics of multi-Lane expressway,such as the specific characteristics of traffic volume divided by Lane distribution and vehicle type,average speed and headway characteristics,etc.Finally,the accident characteristics of multi-Lane expressway are analyzed,specifically from the form and cause of the accident and the distribution of accident time and space.Considering that the implementation effect of Expressway under different lane management modes is difficult to verify,the simulation scheme is designed according to the two-way six lane and two-way ten Lane expressway.The VISSIM simulation model is constructed by adopting the lane management methods of mixed passenger and freight,hard separation between passenger and freight and soft isolation.Then,based on the actual speed survey data,the desired speed distribution curve is simulated and calibrated according to the "five point calibration method".Then the default parameters of wiedemann99 model are calibrated by orthogonal array with four factors and four levels.Finally,by controlling different input flow and truck proportion,the traffic simulation under different schemes is carried out,and the relevant results are output for analysis.From the perspective of efficiency and safety,this paper selects the following evaluation indicators: section traffic volume,Lane speed,lane change rate,traffic conflict and so on.Then,based on the simulation results of different lane management schemes under various road conditions,this paper analyzes the operation efficiency and safety level under different input flow and large vehicle proportion,and focuses on the comparison of operation characteristics under different lane management modes.Finally,this paper puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of different lane management schemes for multi-Lane expressway Stress conditions. |
