As people’s demands for comfortable quality of building are gradually increasing,the energy consumed by building cooling has increased significantly.In order to reduce energy consumed by buildings,the idea of district cooling based on the principles of green,low-carbon,environmental protection,and energy-saving energy as well as the use of multiple energy sources has come up.In order to reflect the superiority of the district cooling system,it is of great significance to carry out the district cooling planning scientifically and reasonably.Since the regulatory plan has a certain degree of influence on the district cooling planning,in order to be more holistic and forward-looking,this paper will study on the district cooling planning method under the guidance of the regulatory plan.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research results related to district energy system and energy planning,and clarifies the importance and necessity of energy planning in urban planning.And by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the district cooling system as well as its development and application at home and abroad,this paper indicates that scientific and effective district cooling planning can develop the advantages and circumvent the disadvantages.At the same time,the feasibility of the district cooling project is analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research on the district cooling planning method.Secondly,after clarifying the main content of the district cooling planning and the regulatory plan,this paper analyzes the relationship between the district cooling planning and the regulatory plan as well as its control indicators.And then this paper analyzes its applicable areas from the perspective of regulatory plan,laying the foundation for the application of the control indicators of the regulatory plan in the district cooling planning in the case.Then,this paper studies the station network planning in district cooling planning.After comparing among the station network planning methods,the method of traversing the shortest path based on graph theory and minimum spanning tree theory is selected.And an algorithm model is constructed on the basis of energy distance and P median theory.Finally,this paper carried out a case study based on the relevant control indicators of the regulatory plan of the case area.In the case of the independent construction of the cooling station,the economy of the system when the three optimization objectives were compared,the optimal optimization objective was obtained.On this basis,the construction form of the cooling station attached to the construction was added for algorithm calculation and analysis.It is proved that the system economy is optimal when the initial investment cost and operation cost of the system are taken as the optimization objective,and the independent construction and the auxiliary construction of the cooling station are also considered.Based on the relevant control indicators of the regulatory plan,this paper provides a new perspective and idea for district cooling planning.At the same time,the station network planning algorithm is calculated under the combination of different optimization objectives and construction forms of cooling stations.By comparing their station network layout and economic indicators,the optimal combination scenario is obtained.Accordingly,the macro-level control of the district cooling system is achieved,which is conducive to improving the economic benefits of the system and achieving the goal of energy saving as well as emission reduction in buildings in the region.
