With the continuous improvement of China’s GDP and consumer level index,commercial buildings,as the main carrier of consumption,have developed into various forms.Different from the closed and single traditional commercial space,today’s commercial space gradually tends to be integrated and blurs the boundaries of indoor and outdoor space.The external space of large-scale commercial complex has evolved into the most dynamic space carrier,and the outdoor thermal environment in hot and humid areas is bound to become an important factor affecting the vitality of the external space.At present,the external space of commercial complex in China pays more attention to form design than to thermal environment optimization,which easily leads to low shading coverage rate of outdoor environment and aggravates the risk of outdoor thermal safety.Therefore,the design focus of the external space of commercial complex has gradually changed from single landscape construction to multi-objective optimization of use demand and thermal environment,and providing comfortable outdoor environment has become an important topic of the external space of commercial complex.Based on the climate characteristics of high temperature and high humidity in hot and humid areas of China,this study explored the influence characteristics and laws of shading form and coverage rate on the external space thermal environment of commercial complex.At the same time,this paper makes qualitative and quantitative analysis on the outdoor thermal environment with thermal safety and user demand as evaluation indexes,which provides scientific basis and technical support for the future optimization design of commercial complex outdoor thermal environment in this area.This paper is divided into the following four parts:First of all,combined with the literature research and questionnaire survey of typical commercial complex external space,this paper summarizes the types and shading forms of commercial complex external space,and based on the user’s perspective,evaluates the satisfaction of shading status of commercial complex external space,and obtains the user’s preference for shading forms:trees > corridor and overhead > pavilion > fabric shading >sunshade > tension film > shelf;non transparent sunshade > transparent sunshade.Secondly,the outdoor thermal environment of Guangzhou Tianhe Vanke Plaza and Shenzhen new City Plaza were measured,and the meteorological parameters of typical weather days in summer were obtained to intuitively describe the distribution characteristics and laws of the thermal environment outside the commercial complex.Thirdly,the WBGT is determined as the evaluation index of the thermal environment of the external space of commercial complex.The standardized models of single,block and pedestrian street are constructed respectively.The influence of tree shading and artificial shading on thermal environment is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by using ENVI-met simulation software.The reasonable shading coverage rate is proposed for the three models Indicator threshold.Finally,based on the results of satisfaction evaluation analysis and ENVI-met simulation results,the shading design optimization suggestions of commercial complex external space are formed from the demand level and physical level.
