Shenzhen Haier Garden From The Perspective Of Social Capital Construction Research

Community is the most basic component of urban governance and social life in China.In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the government have paid unprecedented attention to community construction and social governance.Community garden as a way to achieve community innovation governance,based on the development background of stock renewal,a series of attempts to achieve community space renewal and community innovation governance with community garden have been carried out.However,due to the different development background,some community gardens have become an important medium to promote community governance,while some have not played a positive role in society.As the community garden as an imported product has been developed in China for a short time,the research mainly focuses on the experience of foreign practice and the discussion on the technical level,and the research on the mechanism of community garden to community construction from the perspective of social relations is relatively less.Previous studies have not answered how social capital affects the spatial practice of community garden.Based on this,this paper selects Xinyue garden,the second phase of Haiyue community in Shenzhen,and uses the methods of literature review,field research,in-depth interview and interdisciplinary comprehensive research to analyze the spatial change,the process of social capital cultivation and social function of Haier garden,and further analyzes the influence mechanism of social capital on the spatial practice of Haier garden.The conclusions of this study are as follows: social network,as a resource flow platform among participants,participates in shaping the spatial form of Haier garden;Norms provide action guidance for the participants,so that Haier garden can be in a state of joint construction,common maintenance and sharing;Trust brings social identity to each other and becomes the endogenous force for participants to participate in the operation and maintenance of garden space;Community leaders become the hub of the combination of internal residents and external social forces,and play a key role in injecting the two forces into the public space;The practice process of community garden is actually the mutual support process of social capital accumulation and community space shaping.
