Research On Community Public Space Design Under The Governance Pattern Of "Three Communists"

The new pattern of co construction,co governance and shared social governance proposes to enable more social subjects to participate in social governance,conduct social governance in a more diversified way,and share the fruits of social development more equally.Community is the "last mile" of grass-roots governance,and community public space is the carrier of community activities.Therefore,we should carry out more effective community building design activities for the research of community public space under the social governance pattern of co construction,co governance and sharing,It is to realize the "three communists" An important means of governance.Firstly,the thesis conducts historical research on community public space in different periods since the founding of the People’s Republic of China from the perspective of social governance changes,providing historical basis and logical reference for community public space under the new pattern of "three communists" governance.According to the survey,urban community governance in China has changed from management and control to management and then to cooperation,and co construction,co governance and shared community is in line with the future development direction of China’s socio-economic system reform,social structure adjustment and urban development.Secondly,it analyzes the new problems raised by the community public space under the "three communists" social governance pattern,and understands that the current community public space has put forward new requirements such as meeting public life.It concludes that community residents,government and community workers,social organizations and other multiple participants.And according to the new needs proposed by multiple subjects,the role changes of community public space in community public resources,affairs management,cultural publicity,residents’ lives and emergencies are summarized.The community public space under the "three communists" pattern should integrate the resource advantages of multiple subjects within the community,and design space for the social public needs generated by the community community from three aspects: promoting cultural identity,enhancing community interaction,gathering space functions,and flexible use of space.Then,taking Ganzhou City as an example,the study investigated several community public spaces in the central urban area on the spot,and conducted semistructured interviews with relevant community leaders,community residents,and social organization leaders.It was concluded that Ganzhou City community space mainly had some problems,such as unreachable and inconvenient use,single space function and use activities,ugly and uncomfortable space image,lack of communication and interaction in space guidance,and the main activity needs of community members.Finally,three design principles are summarized: bottom-up participation based on the policy system of joint construction,operation mode based on multiple interaction and co governance,and sharing comfortable landscape based on humanization.The design goals of connecting common cultural ties,finding space interaction highlights,and providing comfortable communication conditions are determined,and design strategies are proposed for outdoor activity space,road traffic space,landscape greening space,and supporting service space.In view of the public atmosphere construction,it is proposed to integrate corner space,space threedimensional overlap,add interactive landscape,supporting service space,facility module combination,explore community culture,and create virtual space design techniques.The Sunshine Garden Community in Ganxian District is selected to participate in the community construction with the role of community planner.Through the summarized public participation mode and design method under the co construction,co governance and sharing,it provides reference and experience for the development of public space construction in the co construction,co governance and sharing community.
