In order to alleviate the environmental deterioration and energy crisis caused by the traditional power system,more and more attention has been paid to clean,environmentally friendly and efficient distributed power source.As an effective integration of distributed power source,microgrid can flexibly switch between islanding mode and grid-connected mode,effectively solving the problem of distributed power source access to the main power grid,and greatly improving the reliability and flexibility of power supply.However,the different operating characteristics of distributed power source require the microgrid to be better able to manage energy,optimize scheduling and operational control.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study how to use intelligent algorithms to optimally schedule distributed power source in microgrid.In this paper,a microgrid model including wind power generation,photovoltaic power generation,micro-gas turbines,fuel cells and energy storage devices is constructed.In-depth analysis of the working principle of each distributed power source,and establish a mathematical model based on its operating rules.On this basis,the optimal objectives are developed to require maximize of economic,environmental and the overall efficiency benefits respectively,and the power balance and reliability constraints are given,respectively.The optimal scheduling strategy under islanding and grid-connected mode is also studied.The problem of inertia weight adjustment unreasonable and premature convergence often occurs when classical PSO operates.So an improved PSO algorithm is proposed which adaptive adjust the inertia weight based on different particle states,and use chaos initialization and negative gradient direction adjustment of global extremun to overcome premature convergence.A simulation is performed to verify the correctness and validity of the improved algorithm.On this basis,through a software platform,the optimal scheduling of distributed generation in microgrid is simulated in island mode and grid-connected mode.The results show that the model established in this paper can better reflect the actual operation status of microgrid.The improved PSO algorithm is obviously better than the traditional scheduling algorithm and manual scheduling for the distributed power optimization,which further verifies the feasibility and reliability of the scheduling strategy.Finally,taking a small distributed energy station project as a practical example,the improved particle swarm algorithm and microgrid scheduling strategy studied in this paper are used in it.Through several experiments of direct wind and solar power supply,single battery power supply,micro-grid feed,external power supply from large grid,and load limit,it is shown that the schedul strategy developed in this paper can realize micro-grid schedul,and the mode switching is accurate and flexible.
