| During the operation of coal-fired boiler in thermal power plant,the emission of dust,heavy metals,acid mist and other pollutants have brought serious environmental problems.With the improvement of emission standards of flue gas pollutants by the national environmental protection department,the existing dust removal equipment is difficult to meet the requirements.How to ensure low SO2emission and improve the dust collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitator is the technical bottleneck of ultra-low emission of flue gas.Wet electric dust remover can deal with the atmospheric dust pollution of thermal power plant well,and it has been widely used in many fields.With the national control of thermal power plant soot emission policy is increasingly strict,the existing units of two wet electric dust remover of self-contained power plants can not meet the requirements of the new environmental protection standards,based on the above reasons,the self-provided power plant is based on the existing electric dust removal,desulfurization and environmental protection facilities,through increasing wet electrostatic precipitator,and reformed the wet electrostatic precipitator,the performance after the transformation is tested,so this paper has important engineering application value and academic significance.This paper discusses the basic situation of the self-provided power plant,and analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the wet electrostatic precipitator under the circumstance of the amount of coal and ash currently used in the self-provided power plant.By using CFD technology to analyze the internal flow state of the existing wet electrostatic precipitator,it is found that the inlet and outlet curves of the wet electrostatic precipitator are difficult to form a flow field with uniform velocity.The relationship between airflow uniformity and soot deposition and flue gas with water is obtained,and the determination method of airflow uniformity is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the next technological transformation.By adding a guide plate to the inlet and outlet flue of the wet esp,the inner structure of the wet electrostatic precipitator was reformed by adding the upper baffling plate to the inner top beam,select three groups of data scheme using CFD technology to wet electrostatic precipitators in modified internal flow field is analyzed,and relative root mean square method is used to evaluate the uniformity of the flow field flow,through the analysis of the flow field before and after the reform and speed RMS value data contrast,ultimately determine the optimal technical transformation scheme,after transforming wet electrostatic precipitator system inside the root mean square value determination of the air velocity distribution of cross section meet the requirement of equipment related specification,and the uniformity of flow field significantly enhanced.After the reform,the dust removal efficiency and smoke emission concentration test and pressure drop test were used to test the performance of the wet electrostatic precipitator.The test results showed that the pressure drop between the dust removal efficiency of the wet electric precipitator and the test section of the inlet and outlet smoke emission concentration of the wet electric precipitator met the requirements of the technical indexes in the reform. |
