The reform of electric power system is an important component and key link of national economic system reform.In 2014,the idea of "four revolutions and one cooperation" was formally put forward.In 2015,key electric change 9 hatched,the power wholesale market,which is directly traded by large users and power generation enterprises,and the retail market for all usersis gradually established.In 2016,the transmission and distribution price reform aimed at promoting the reform of electric power market was carried out in a comprehensive way nationwide,providing conditions for the marketization of electricity market,power generation enterprise are gradually to market.Under the wave of power system reform,competition between enterprises will be increasingly fierce,the current power industry relative monopoly market structure will occur profound changes.At the same time as the electricity market reform,in order to "to capacity,to inventory,to leverage,to reduce costs,to make up the short board" for the characteristics of the supply side structural reform has brought the huge impact to the coal industry,direct manifestation is the coal price fluctuations during 2015-2017.According to the calculation,the coal cost of coal-fired power enterprises accounts for 10%of the total power generation cost,which is affected by the fluctuation of coal price in the last three years.Thermal power as the power generation industry operating costs are greatly influenced by market factors of enterprise,it is worth thinking about how to cope with market supply and demand of great change,adjust the future development strategy,and take the initiative to adapt to the transformation of business model.Due to the particularity of the provincial power market,this paper selects the CS coal power plant in Hunan Province as the research object.Use PEST and five force model to analyze the macro environment and industrial environment of CS coal power plant,and summarize the opportunities and threats facing enterprises.The advantages and disadvantages of CS coal power plant are summarized by using enterprise capability analysis.Then based on the operation elements of coal power plant,the profit and loss balance model of coal power plant is set up,and the operation situation of CS coal power plant is analyzed by an example.Finally proposed the present stage CS coal power plant should be how to take measures to meet the demand of electric power market,the transformation of management idea,deal with the current business environment.
