In recent years,both old car manufacturers and emerging Inter net car manufacturers have begun to manufacture new energy vehicles.New energy vehicles use lithium battery pack batteries to provide power for the vehicle.The mainstream power batteries are now lithium phosphate batteries and ternary lithium batteries.They use lithium battery packs to replace gasoline,the power source of traditional cars.With the development of new energy vehicle technology,new energy vehicles have higher and higher requirements for cruising range,so the requirements for the energy density of the power battery carried by the car are also higher and higher,and the process requirements for the lithium battery are also increasing.high.The hardware die-cutting machine is responsible for the pole piece production process.In the entire production process,once the equipment control system has a deviation,the pole piece or even the entire material roll will be scrapped.Therefore,in order to improve the stability of the hardware die-cutting machine and improve the product yield,the control system must be able to adjust the control parameters according to the state of the pole piece in real time to achieve the stability of the pole piece state,and maintaining the stability of the pole piece tension is the most important thing.Based on the many shortcomings and deficiencies of the previous generation of hardware die-cutting machines,the new generation of hardware die-cutting machines need to do research content including the improvement of the structure of the equipment,the control method and the communication method between the equipment hardware.The tension detection mechanism used on the previous equipment is a dance wheel structure,which has the problems of low real-time performance and easy aging.It is planned to design a new t ension roller structure to measure the tension of the pole piece,and conduct dynamic research on the new tension roller structure.The relationship between the changing angle of the tension roller and the actual value of the tension.Using the Ether CAT bus to control the motors on the new generation of hardware die-cutting machines can be more accurate than the previous pulse control and ensure the rapidity of tension control.In order to solve the problems that occurred when the traditional closed-loop control of the tension value was used on the previous machine,a set of fuzzy PID controller suitable for equipment tension control will be designed.In order to compare the traditional closed-loop PID control and fuzzy PID control on the tension control eff ect of the hardware die-cutting machine,the two control methods are simulated through the Simulink module of MATLAB,and the step response curves of the two control methods can be obtained Which of the two control methods is better.Use Twin CAT2 software to convert the designed fuzzy PID controller using offline control method into code and apply it on the equipment.In terms of tension control,the improved hardware die-cutting machine can meet the tension control requirements of the equipment during startup,automatic operation and stop,regardless of Matlab simulation or actual application,while taking into account durability and economy.
