Research On The Construction Technology Of Community CIM For The Development Of Old Residential Areas

Old residential areas are mature communities in urban communities with a long history,complex population coverage,rich community activities,complete equipment and technology iterations,and complete life cycles.This article takes the renewal and transformation of old residential areas as the starting point,and explores the construction technology of community CIM through the research on the relationship between people and things in the residential area.System and improve community governance capabilities,promote the reform of urban governance system and governance capabilities from the bottom up,effectively enhance the integration of people and things in the community,promote the harmonious coexistence of people and communities,and build a community ecological civilization system.This paper integrates the theory of settlement renewal and CIM technology,focuses on the renewal and transformation of old settlements,builds a community-level urban information model through cross-border cooperation and technological integration,and explores revolutionary solutions and implementation of the transformation and development of old settlements.Plan to promote the renewal and transformation of old residential areas in a coordinated manner by multiple parties.This paper starts research from two clues to the renewal and reconstruction of old residential areas and the development of CIM technology at home and abroad.On the one hand,it analyzes in detail the development problems of old residential areas and the methods of renewal and reconstruction.The status quo supports and upgrades and improvements,and finally proposes the construction of community CIM technical ideas and framework to support the transformation and development of old settlements.The development of old settlements in China generally faces the problems of aging facilities,lack of functions,and inadequate governance.The current renewal and transformation methods adopt a blueprint solution approach of government-led,public cooperation,and result-oriented,and use the external space of the settlements to renovate and the construction of functional facilities.,The development of community activities is the leading method,although certain results have been achieved,but the symptoms are not the surface cause,and it has not achieved the long-term governance effect like teaching them how to catch the fish.In this regard,this paper analyzes and puts forward the role and solution ideas of community CIM technology in dealing with old residential reconstruction issues,and proposes a community CIM technical architecture suitable for long-term community development through the application of CIM technology for residential reconstruction issues.This paper aims to build a digital service platform that covers the comprehensive elements of people,things,and things in the community,providing the community with high-quality and high-quality services at all times.Facing the renewal and transformation of old residential areas,community CIM must meet the online and offline combined design and construction of residential renewal facilities,assist the supporting functions of residential areas in the dynamic space giving of time periods,and promote the change of implementation oriented in the whole process of community governance.Community CIM technology takes this as an entry point,adheres to the principle of "people-oriented,implementation-oriented",based on system thinking,image thinking and refined thinking,coordinating the three elements of community people and affairs,and carrying out the digital construction of community people,affairs,substance and their relationships.With "human operation,number integration,and object reproduction" as the basic structure,this paper builds an operating system that supports the operation of the structure,and builds systematic chain or discrete functional modules,then formulates one-key operation combined commands for each functional module according to the usage habits of various people.Finally,this paper forms a four-level operation system of "architecture layer-system chain-function group-command key".
