Flexible Design Of Community Public Space Based On Rehabilitation Demand Design Strategy Research

The development process of rapid urbanization has promoted the increase of urban environmental density.This problem has caused the number of people with chronic diseases and mental disorders to increase year by year.In this context,the concept of great healthy development has emerged and has risen to the height of national strategy.Community public space is a transitional space between residents’ personal life and urban public life,and its environmental healing ability directly affects residents’ physical and mental health.In addition,residents’ health needs change dynamically with the change of age structure,and unchanging spatial layouts and functions are difficult to maximize residents’ needs for health activities.Therefore,how to create a rejuvenating,flexible,and sustainable community public space is an urgent issue for the development of healthy communities at this stage.This article takes the above issues as the starting point,and takes the promotion of residents’ physical and mental health as the guide.Through the construction of the relationship between the community’s public space,the healing environment and the flexible design,from the residents ’ health conditions,healing preferences,and existing spatial flexibility,etc.Investigate and explore the utility of healing environment and flexible design in the construction of community public space environment,and finally realize the construction of healthy and sustainable community public space.This article focuses on the four parts of the research on the flexible design of community public space based on residents’ rehabilitation needs.First of all,on the basis of studying existing classic works and papers,clarify the limitations of domestic and foreign research on the healing environment and flexible design based on community public spaces.Secondly,it conducts in-depth research from three aspects:the development and characteristics of the recovery environment and flexible design,and the transformation and characteristics of the community public space,to provide a theoretical basis for the later principles and strategies.Third,three cities with different climatic conditions,Sanya,Dalian,and Harbin,are selected as the research objects.After careful questionnaire statistics and on-site inspections,the residents ’ health problems and their demands for a rejuvenating environment and flexible space are analyzed.Health and spatial flexibility are the basic points of design principles.Finally,under the guidance of the flexible design principle of the rejuvenating community public space,specific and feasible design strategies are proposed from the four dimensions of space,function,life and time.
