Study On Spatial Layout Of Harbin Aviation Service Town Open Park And Community Vatality Center

Community vitality center and open park,as the public space in the community,are the main places for community residents to carry out daily leisure,entertainment and social interaction,and are important constituent spaces in the community.The cross interaction between the two can stimulate each other’s space vitality and promote the efficient development of these two types of space and even the whole community.In July 2019,Harbin municipal government issued the development plan of Harbin Airport Economic Zone,which proposed that Harbin Taiping Airport Airport Airport Economic Zone should be built to promote the economic development of Harbin and even the border areas of Heilongjiang Province.Among them,the aviation company will provide high-quality service for the residents in the community.At present,the research on the spatial layout of park green space and community center at home and abroad mainly focuses on promoting residents’ walking,improving neighborhood satisfaction and promoting community economic development.In order to improve the vitality of the community,there are few studies on the spatial layout of the two,and most of them are qualitative description and lack of quantitative research.Under this research background,this paper takes the living community of Harbin Aviation Service town as the research object,and uses the sub network whole network analysis method of spatial syntax to study the spatial layout of open park and community vitality center.First of all,through the interpretation of the main ideas of spatial syntax theory,this paper puts forward the analysis method of subnet whole network on the basis of spatial syntax theory.Secondly,this paper selects four open communities with open parks in Harbin as the research cases,and verifies the validity of the sub network overall network analysis method.Finally,it summarizes the spatial layout relationsh ip between the open park and the community vitality center in the residential community of aviation service town,which are adjacent type,vertical intersection type,parallel type,vertical disjoint type and others.This paper simulates the open parks and community vitality centers with different layout patterns by using the sub network and overall network analysis method,compares and analyzes the data by using statistical methods,sorts the different spatial layout patterns according to the ability to im prove the vitality of community vitality centers,and proposes the optimal spatial layout mode.Finally,the open parks and communities in the residential and living communities of aviation service town are analyzed The vitality center has carried out the spatial layout planning demonstration.The results show that:(1)in the five types of spatial layout patterns of open parks and community vitality centers,from the perspective of spatial topological structure,they are ranked according to the ability to improve the vitality of community vitality centers: the adjacent pattern is better than the vertical intersecting pattern,the vertical disjoint pattern is better than the parallel pattern,and is better than other types;(2)compared with the open park an d community vitality center,the spatial layout relationship between the open park and the community vitality center has a significant impact on the community The distance between the two types of space has little influence on the vitality of community vitality center.(3)The open park can regulate the spatial layout of community vitality center in the community.In the community planning,the location of the community vitality center often needs to consider many practical factors.When the location of the community vitality center needs to be changed due to some practical factors,the layout of the community vitality center can be adjusted by setting up open parks in the adjacent blocks.From the perspective of community space topology,this paper studies the spatial layout of open park and community vitality center in the residential community of aviation service town,and puts forward the optimal layout mode of the two types of space,which provides reference for the layout and site selection of the two types of space in future community planning.At the same time,the space layout planning demonstration of the open park and community vitality center of the aviation service town has been carried out,which has solved the practical problems of residential and living community projects,and promoted the construction of aviation service town in Harbin Airport Economic Zone.
