| With the continuous expansion of high-speed railways,expressways and power grids,the number of "three spans" of transmission lines continues to increase."Three span" line drop,disconnection will lead to greater public safety and power grid safety events.The stability of electrical wiring cr imping process is very important to ensure the quality of wiring harness.However,the method of direct measurement by workers with measuring tools has problems of low measurement efficiency and easy to produce work fatigue.High-end magnetic flux leakage,infrared and other detection methods are difficult to make the measuring equipment portable,miniaturization.Based on the ab ove reasons,it is very necessary to design an automatic detection equipment which does not require too much participation of operators and is simple to operate in the testing process.Under the above scientific research background and technical requiremen ts,this paper carried out the following research work:(1)Learned the basic principles of several common micro-displacement measurements at present,and briefly understood the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.Understanding the characteristics of capacitive gate sensors,such as signal waveform,frequency,measurement range and accuracy,when consulting data and references.It lays a good foundation for the next step of circuit design and software writing.At the beginning of the design as far as possible with software simulation,a comprehensive understanding of the possible problems,the analysis of simulation results continue to optimize the circuit structure and find solutions to the problems.(2)Reasonable circuit design.Because the subject needs to realize the function of data acquisition,operation and transmission.Therefore,the design can refer to the common simple measurement circuit in industrial design.In addition,the use of circuit devices should also be clear.In order to improve the measurement effect of the circuit and optimize the performance,the device with reasonable parameters can be selected.At the same time,we should deeply study the layout and drawing of PCB to reduce the probability of some problems caused by unreasonable layout of the circuit board.(3)Appropriate mechanical structure design and development.The mechanical design and processing should be carried out after the physical measurement circuit is available.The rationality and stability of mechanica l design will directly affect the quality and reliability of data.The mechanical parameters can be adjusted continuously according to the requirements of circuit performance,and the data results are evaluated.Finally,the optimal scheme of mechanical structure design is selected according to various measurement results and data processing results.It is worth noting that small problems in each part design link should be avoided as far as possible,so as to improve measurement accuracy and reduce error transmission.(4)Data logging and performance testing.In the test of data,we should pay attention to the possible errors caused by various factors and the method of data processing,and pay attention to the performance of the measured data of the device.For example,whether improper operation in the process of welding devices affects the stability of data acquisition,such as whether the effect of multi-channel data acquisition is stable,whether the communication protocol between peripherals used in data transmission and the main controller is pulled,the sequence of instruction execution,precision test,stability experiment,etc.Comprehensive data recording can not only realize the control precision analysis of devices,but also can easily find out the causes and solutions of problems in the control and debugging process of the system. |
