The 21 st century is the era of rapid development of society, with the construction and development of modern human life in the city, people from the food and clothing needs slowly into the material needs, on satiate wear warm based, demand for quality of life is also improved. In ancient China, our great ancestors invented by bamboo distance measurement, until now, ancient people for distance measurement method has been in progress, now, invented the displacement sensor, let it instead of the ruler to measure the displacement, displacement sensor on people’s work and daily life plays very important role, for the modern people’s daily work and daily life, the high precision measurement of small displacement is a necessary part of people’s lives, so that spiral micrometer, vernier caliper, micrometer, etc. we usually common measurement activities measured data unable to meet people’s demand on the measurement accuracy. Therefore need a kind of displacement sensor to meet the demand, so that people can be obtained directly from the displacement data, can clearly observe the displacement changes, which in life and industry is essential.Now displacement sensor on the market only LCD display screen, only for the displacement display, cannot be saved, not to meet the needs of the people the observed data, lack of the supporting PC software, data show that relatively simple, for data receiving and display there is still lack. So people need a can receive the displacement data of the PC software to form an inductive displacement measuring system, this project is a sub project in the switch inductance type displacement sensor in the subject, which focus on the design of PC software, in the number of the displacement sensor according to the acquisition and processing of the measurement system to improve the real-time, reliability, precision is developers should focus on the problem.This research is divided into two parts, respectively is the hardware of the measurement system and the measurement system software part, this paper introduces the characteristics of inductive displacement measuring system, this paper introduces the basic principle of serial communication, measuring method of inductance displacement sensor in the hardware, the PC software measurement system, introduced the C++ serial communication control and serial communication, Win CE system characteristics, software development tools needed, as well as in Windows and Win CE environment for real-time data acquisition and processing methods to solve some problems, collect the real-time data and curve drawing, successfully realize the accurate and real-time measurement system and, good operation, high reliability.Test of the inductive displacement measuring system, measurement system each module works normally can achieve the measurement of the displacement data and is sent to the host computer, the PC software receiving normal and good data processing, real-time display of the current data, real-time rendering current data of the displacement curve, the display of historical data, data storage and query time and man-machine interface good finish the measurement system needs all the functions.
