| Bridge design quality has a great impact on the whole life cycle of the project,and there is a demand to improve efficiency for existing design methods and to liberate productivity.The application of BIM technology enriches the form of delivery of design results and reflects the development trend of civil engineering industry into informatization.But meanwhile the application efficiency also needs to be improved.At present,there is a "reverse" process of "mold turning" design through two-dimensional drawings in the industry.In order to change this situation,the industry proposed the concept of BIM forward design.However,the definition and implementation of this concept are still unclear.Therefore,this article mainly discusses prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge,and the concept and application of BIM forward design value is studied.This article brings up a BIM top-down design system,and introduces how to implement and emphatically expounded the bridge information model in the expression of Revit platform,providing reference for the optimization of the bridge design methods at present.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,through analyzing the drawbacks of domestic bridge design methods and the comparative study of domestic and foreign bridge forward design tools,it is clear that the characteristics of forward design are having convenient design process,automatic design and the synchronous expression of design results on multiple platforms.A bridge information model formed by core data + algorithm is proposed,which is taken as the core,combined with IFC data format,and a forward design solution for multi-platform information interaction is discussed.The forward design architecture expressed by Revit and Midas is proposed.Secondly,the development of BIM forward design system is carried out based on the characteristics of forward design.Taking the core data as the design parameter,the automatic design algorithm provides the bridge information model for the kernel.The optimization and adjustment of the design scheme are based on the core data.Implement a design workflow by developing a WPF user interface embedded in Revit.Taking Revit and Midas as examples,the secondary development of different platforms is carried out to realize the expression of multi-platform design results around the core data.Finally,programming is carried out based on the bridge information model to express the design results of Revit platform.Taking continuous girder bridge as the research object,based on the core data of a small number of parameters,as well as programming algorithm to supplement the design data,the use of Revit API for secondary development,calling the volume family automatic establishment of arbitrary variable cross-section straight web concrete box girder model.The general linear calculation function and format output function of the tendon are programmed to automatically generate the spatial curve model of the prestressed tendon with horizontal bending and vertical bending.Realize the forward drawing and the output of the statistical table of engineering quantities based on the 3D model.Taking a prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge as an example,the BIM forward design system is applied to complete the whole process of design,and the design results are output to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system as well as the optimization effect on the design method. |
