Quantities of extraction is an important part of the construction project based on BIM,The existing engineering calculation software(Such as Glodon and Luban)can import the Revit model into its platform to calculate quantities,but part of the model data may be lost and there are strict requirements for transformation of the model and the name of the component,poor applicability.Revit as one of the currently most widely used BIM software,engineering extraction currently has a very high accuracy but the volume of the deduction rules and schedule feature does not meet our ?GB50500-2013_construction engineering bill pricing norms?requirements.In order to realize the localization of extraction of quantities based on the Revit platform,and avoid using third-party software for secondary modeling,this paper uses the Visual Studio2012 development tool to reference the Revit API interface to develop the plug-in using the C # programming language and set up the BIM budget model under the Revit platform.The plug-in is used to reset the volume reduction rules of the model component and the component coding is performed,calculate and export the bill of quantities file to achieve the rapid and accurate extraction of model engineering,proved the feasibility of the localization of extraction of quantities based on the Revit platform,improved the work efficiency and precision of the calculation of quantities,reduced material waste,reduced management costs and budget risks.At present,many of the construction unit of the steel sub-project is no longer using the outsourcing model and use their own way of cutting,but faced with the lack of relevant steel cutting talent.It is one of the key problems to be solved by the construction of steel barning method which can save manpower and material cost.In this paper,we study the improved genetic algorithm and the Revit API interface to solve the problem of optimization of steel bars.The reinforcement model is created under Revit platform,and the plug-in method is used to quickly calculate the way of reinforcement.The advantage of this method is that it can avoid a lot of redundancy and Row of the solution to close to the optimal solution(the highest utilization of steel)in the case of each material to calculate the way of steel bars,and make the longest remaining material,which greatly improve the utilization of steel in the construction cost management Is of great importance.
