However traditional analysis and design method can't meet the requirement of this complex product design. With the development of modern design method and theory such as CAD, three-dimensional modeling, the design theory and method of the engineering machine is on its way to automation and intelligentization.The thesis is mainly about computer aided design and parameterized modeling of the working device of excavator. According to the structural characteristic and working theory of the hydraulic excavator working device, the paper gives rational analysis of kinematics and mechanics. Combined with the analysis method of pole group theory, it develops a set of design analysis software of the excavator working device, creates parameter modeling and makes the parameter modeling of its working device through secondary development of Pro/E a reality.1,Elaborate on the specific theory of the pole group theory.Create mathematical model of the link mechanism for movement analysis using rod group analysis.
