As a kind of secondary energy,hydrogen energy is considered as one of the most potential clean energy in the 21 st century with the advantages of wide source,clean and lowcarbon,flexible and efficient,and rich application scenarios.Hydrogen industry chain is long,including upstream hydrogen preparation,midstream hydrogen storage and transportation,downstream hydrogenation station,hydrogen fuel cell and application.Among them,hydrogen energy storage and transportation is the key basic link of hydrogen energy industry chain.The evaluation of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology from the aspects of technical economy,environmental impact and transportation safety is helpful to the long-term development of hydrogen energy storage and transportation and industry chain.But at present,the evaluation of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology is mainly qualitative and single factor,lack of comprehensive sustainability evaluation research.Therefore,through the comparative analysis of the sustainability evaluation methods,this thesis selects Analytic Network Process(ANP)and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to build the sustainability evaluation model of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology,evaluates and analyzes the sustainability of three main hydrogen energy storage and transportation technologies,including Gas hydrogen-tube trailer,Gas hydrogen-Pipeline,and Liquid hydrogen-tanker,and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of hydrogen energy storage and transportation,promotes the sustainable development of hydrogen energy-related industries.This thesis mainly carried out the following three aspects of research work:(1)Construction of evaluation index system for the sustainability of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology.According to the characteristics of sustainability evaluation,the construction principle of index system is determined.According to the three steps of index primary selection,index screening and index optimization,the sustainability evaluation index system of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology is determined from the four dimensions of environment,economy,technology and social policy,including greenhouse gas emissions,energy consumption,initial investment cost,unit storage and transportation cost,economic contribution,market share,technology maturity and system security,technical reliability,storage and transportation efficiency,social acceptance,policy adaptability.(2)Based on ANP method,the specific weight of each index in the evaluation system of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology sustainability is determined.According to the membership relationship among the indicators,the network hierarchy is constructed,and the experts are organized to compare the influence degree of each dimension and indicator in pairs according to the 1-9 scale method,and the judgment matrix is constructed.Super decision software is used to calculate super matrix,weighted super matrix and limit super matrix,and consistency test is carried out to determine the specific weight of each index in the evaluation index system of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology sustainability.Among them,unit storage and transportation cost,technology maturity,policy adaptability and other indicators have a great impact on the sustainability of hydrogen storage and transportation technology.(3)Based on TOPSIS method,the sustainability of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology is evaluated and analyzed.By constructing the sustainability evaluation model of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology and combining with the index weight determined by ANP,the sustainability of three main hydrogen energy storage and transportation technologies,including Gas hydrogen-tube trailer,Gas hydrogenPipeline,and Liquid hydrogen-tanker,is evaluated and analyzed.The results show that the sustainability of Gas hydrogen-pipeline is more ideal under long distance transportation,followed by Gas hydrogen-tube trailer and Liquid hydrogen-tanker.According to the analysis of the evaluation results,it shows that the method based on ANP-TOPSIS has a certain value for the sustainability evaluation,and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of hydrogen energy storage and transportationBased on ANP-TOPSIS method,this thesis evaluates the sustainability of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology from multi dimensions,provides a complete framework of sustainability evaluation model,and enriches the evaluation research on hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology.At the same time,the possible problems in the development process of hydrogen energy storage and transportation technology are clarified,which provides a scientific basis for the decision-making of hydrogen energy storage and transportation in China,so as to promote the sustainable development of hydrogen energy storage and transportation and the whole hydrogen energy industry chain.
