| In recent years,China’s infrastructure construction level has developed rapidly,and Bridges and other facilities have gradually encountered serious problems such as long service time and backward functionality.In order to solve this problem and improve the functional durability of existing Bridges to the necessary level,China began to develop rapid bridge maintenance and reinforcement technology(i.e.,Accelerated Bridge Construction technology).Based on the reinforcement scheme of the cover beam at the No.9 pier of Liuhe Bridge in the reinforcement project,this paper explores the effect of the reinforcement method of sticking FRP sheet at the bottom of the beam under the actual engineering background.In order to provide theoretical support for the application of this reinforcement method in engineering practice,and according to what kind of situation or what kind of demand in the project,we should choose this reinforcement plan to discuss.Firstly,this paper uses engineering background data combined with relevant national design codes to carry out inverse calculation on the structure of the research object,and establishes the model in ABAQUS /CAE software.Using the method of finite element software simulation,the necessity and effect of strengthening the upper cover beam of pier 9 of Liuhe Bridge are studied and analyzed.The principle and application scenarios of various reinforcement schemes are also discussed in order to give suggestions on the selection of reinforcement schemes by sticking FRP sheets at the bottom of beams.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:1.In order to prove the rationality of the reinforcement scheme selection of Liu He bridge,the data obtained from the inverse calculation of the structure were modeled and calculated in Abaqus/CAE software,and the reinforcement performance index of the beam bottom reinforced with FRP sheet was obtained through the analysis of the data and charts,which proved the rationality.2.By comparing and analyzing the applicability of various reinforcement schemes in current reinforcement projects,the suitable reinforcement scenarios for FRP sheets are pointed out.3.Based on the above research,the engineering guidance is put forward,that is,when facing the problems of crack resistance and bending resistance,FRP type reinforcement scheme can be preferred,but when facing the scene of shear resistance,FRP type reinforcement scheme is not recommended.FRP reinforcement scheme should be given priority when economic conditions permit and construction quality meets the requirements,so as to give full play to the advantages of materials and better meet the needs of the project. |
