The promotion of building industrialization creates opportunities for the development of prefabricated building,and the prefabricated building mode is the way to realize the green and sustainable development of the construction industry.Scholars at home and abroad continue to study the supply chain and supply chain cooperation of prefabricated building,and have achieved certain research results.However,there are still some shortcomings in the systematic research on the cooperative management of prefabricated building supply chain.There is room for improvement in the comprehensiveness of the existing supplier evaluation index system and the scientificity of the selection method,and some existing supply chain cooperation mechanisms can not be well applied to the cooperation of prefabricated building supply chain.Prefabricated building supply chain involves many engineering links and stakeholders,and the cooperation level of supply chain members can affect the overall benefit of the supply chain.Based on the traditional building supply chain and supply chain management,this paper studies the prefabricated construction supply chain and its cooperative motivations,partner selection and cooperative strategy evolution game of prefabricated building supply chain.Firstly,through literature analysis,combined with domestic and foreign scholars’ research on building supply chain,supply chain cooperative management,and cooperation mechanism of prefabricated building supply chain,the structure model of prefabricated building supply chain is constructed and its characteristics are analyzed according to the construction process of prefabricated building and the responsibilities of each node enterprise,and the driving factors of prefabricated building supply chain cooperation are summarized from internal and external aspects of enterprises.Secondly,based on the characteristics of prefabricated building and prefabricated components,an evaluation index system for supplier selection of prefabricated components in prefabricated building is established,and the weight of each index is determined by AHP.And the supplier selection evaluation model is constructed by TOPSIS evaluation method,which is improved by taking the bounded rationality and psychological factors of decision makers into account through prospect theory.Furthermore,the feasibility of the selection model is verified by an example analysis.Finally,combined with the evolutionary game theory,an evolutionary game model based on the cooperation strategy of general contractor and prefabricated component supplier is constructed,and the dynamic evolutionary path and evolutionary stability strategy are analyzed.The model is numerically simulated by MATLAB to analyze the key factors affecting the evolutionary stability strategy.Through the simulation results,effective management strategies to promote the partnership in the supply chain of prefabricated building are proposed from three aspects: deepening the partnership,improving the cooperation scheme,and building a digital information platform.In this paper,the research idea of supply chain management is applied to the prefabricated building supply chain,which provides a theoretical basis for the coordination and cooperation of the supply chain of prefabricated building.In addition,this paper provides a method for selecting prefabricated component suppliers of prefabricated building,and studies the cooperation strategy between the general contractor and prefabricated component suppliers through evolutionary game,which is conducive to achieving dynamic stability of cooperation and the promotion and application of prefabricated building.
