| To ensure the security of UAV has become a common concern of many countries and aviation departments.As one of the most important means to realize overall condition monitoring and autonomous health management in the field of UAV,Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)has been paid more and more attention.And the telemetry data,as an important basis to show whether the UAV’s working state is normal,can analyze and process the useful information of them in a timely and effective manner,it is of great significance to ensure the UAV to run safely.However,there is still a lack of ground health management software that can comprehensively manage and analyze the telemetry data of UAVs,at the same time,it has an open and friendly interactive interface.To solve the above problems,this thesis combines the actual needs of UAV Ground health management,develops a ground health management software which integrates a variety of intelligent algorithms,which can detect the abnormal,trend and remaining uesful life prediction of key telemetry parameters and some important parts of UAV,so as to provide eff ective help for the analysis and evaluation of UAV operation status,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this thesis analyzes the requirements of the ground health management software based on telemetry data from the actua l requirements of UAV ground health management.From six aspects of software scheme,i.e.,software architecture,software functional structure,database,software interface and UI design of software,the overall design of the software are focused,and the functional composition and key technologies of the software are defined.Secondly,based on the overall design of ground health management software based on telemetry data,the software includes five modules: database management,data monitoring,data pre-processing,feature extraction and state evaluation and prediction.For the function of database management,the function is described by the data table built in the soft ware,and the other four functions are developed from two levels: function Module and algorithm realization.The verification results show that the algorithm implemented and encapsulated in the software is consistent with the performance when the algorithm is independently verified,and does not cause the loss of algorithm accuracy.Finally,the functions of UAV health management so ftware on the ground are tested and the results are analyzed using UAV telemetry data.Based on the test scheme,the function of the software is fully verified according to the test steps.The test results show that the software can achieved the designed functions which has good expansibility and openness.At the same time,it not only has stable and reliable operation but also meets the requirements of software design. |
