For the disadvantage of independence, poor compatibility and poor generality of various unmanned aerial vehicle telemetry system in China, this paper designs an unmanned aerial vehicle telemetry system facing generality.This paper expounds the actualization of the telemetry system from the airborne equipment and ground equipment, and constructs telemetry system model. Analyze the modulation, the flying altitude and distance, the free-space transmission loss, the field strength, and the speed of serial, and completes the parameter estimation and simulation of 2CPFSK digital radio receiver signal.In the design of system software, we use Visual C++ to exploit software. First, we design the Real-time Communication Parameters, provide serial communication protocols, resolve the different length of frame telemetry data reception problems and prescribe the Communication protocol of serial communication. Then design the Real-time display of the telemetry system interface and users can set the parameters according to need, and then the generality function is achieved. Whereafter, analyze the process of data processing and found the telemetry database, and use ODBC technology to accessing database, and then complete the display of telemetry information and the design of the flight path, actualize the analysis function of the locale data and off-line data. Finally, we achieve the debugging of the generality interface, the serial communication and data processing, and then complete installation and debugging of the system hardware. On this basis, we complete the system unite-debugging. Through data analysis, we actualize the generality and telemetry function, and this system can be applied to analyze the locale and off-line data in the unmanned aerial vehicle.
