Missiles occupies an important position in national defense construction,and testing and simulation equipment is developing in the direction of module integration,miniaturization,and generalization.Missile simulators are mostly focused on the simulation of special models or missile sub-systems and components,and their versatility is poor.The simulation system of the missile signal interface also adopts the instrument-oriented design concept,and the program portability and instrument interchangeability are poor.This paper takes versatility and program portability as the design goal,introduces signal-oriented thinking,and develops a test-oriented small and general missile signal simulator with wide coverage.While meeting the needs of multi-model missile signal simulation,it is portable and extensible,which can better serve the test work.According to the simulation requirements of the missile signal,the board resource selection is carried out,and the hardware platform based on the PXI system is built.The platform takes the chassis as the carrier and the embedded controller as the core.The development and design software utilizes abundant board card resources to simulate and control the signal.It has the advantages of miniaturization and strong scalability.The software design refers to the ABBET standard,takes signal-oriented as the core idea,adopts layered and componentized design ideas,and builds a complete software system.Use the STD standard to define and describe the attributes and interfaces of the signal components,use its compound mechanism to construct a complex signal model,and implement the components based on ATL in VS,and finally form a rich and extensible signal library in the form of components.Use ATML standard to describe the system resources,in the test description and instrument description to reference the STD standard signal,respectively describe the signal requirements and the signal capability information of the instrument.Based on the research of the description document node architecture,the corresponding XML description document is generated for information transfer between systems.The board driver is packaged into signal form,and the functional verification of the instrument operation is performed through Labwindows/CVI software,and then packaged into a specific interface according to the classification requirements to undertake the actual excitation and measurement tasks.During the overall work,code is generated according to the test description document,the signal component is instantiated and the interface is used for parameter configuration,the instrument description file is loaded to match the appropriate instrument,and the corresponding instrument driver component is called to complete the signal generation and measurement.Perform unit verification on description files,signal components,and drive components,and then perform overall verification.The test results show that the independent,coordinated and cooperative operation of each part of the system is normal,the missile signal interface can be simulated,and the portability of the program and the interchangeability of the instrument can be satisfied.
