City cable densely in underground well pipe,line complex,the environment is humid.More than 80% of cable line failures are caused by joint damage.Manual patrol time waste force,easy to cause accident delay.The existing underground cable joint monitoring system is inconsistent,and the real-time monitoring cannot be achieved.It is difficult to satisfy the dense underground cable line in the process of urban modernization.To improve the defects of the existing cable joint temperature testing system,an intelligent cable joint temperature monitoring system is designed in this paper.A new digital temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature of the cable joint.Improved temperature monitoring accuracy,unified management through the network system processor.It can realize real-time monitoring,automatic temperature measurement,automatic alarm,We Chat push,and other functions.High efficiency,accuracy,and real-time to complete the temperature monitoring of each cable connector.Firstly,according to the requirements of urban cable planning for temperature monitoring system,the overall architecture is constructed and functional areas are divided.It is divided into four modules: monitoring function,alarm function,information storage function,and system management.The structure of the cable connector is analyzed,and the most suitable temperature measuring method is obtained by comparing different temperature measuring systems.Design communication interaction scheme,short-distance communication using ZigBee communication function,long-distance system communication using GPRS communication technology.Plan the architecture of the overall system.Mainly on the temperature monitoring module,data communication module,center control module used by the chip and other hardware for detailed analysis and debugging.Based on the summary and analysis of the existing temperature sensors,DS18B20 is selected as the digital temperature sensor of the system,CC2592 is selected as the short-distance communication ZigBee rf chip of the system,MC35 I of Siemens is adopted as the remote communication chip,and MSP430 series microcontroller is selected as the main microcontroller of the system.And design DS1302 time control chip,increase the monitoring humidity SHT11 humidity sensor.Finally,the selected chip will be debugged to adapt to the overall planning of the system.Design system software program,mainly for terminal equipment software adaptation program design and server software service design.A new alarm rule algorithm of the temperature sensor is designed,which is divided into a rate of change detection algorithm and fixed threshold monitoring algorithm.Design system software human-computer interaction interface,database using SQL Server software planning and design.Finally,the software is tested,and the software interface is divided into remote monitoring,tracking processing,statistical reports,monitoring Settings,basic data and system management modules.The internal structure of each module subdivision is tested by trial operation.Through the comparison and analysis of manual inspection temperature and software test temperature,the software test accuracy was studied,the data comparison,and analysis were completed.The overall system monitoring accuracy was relatively high,and the set functional requirements could be completed.
