Hybrid vehicles combine the advantages of traditional and electric vehicles to meet the requirements of power,battery life,energy saving,low pollution and so on,effectively alleviate today’s energy and environmental pollution problems.But hybrids are more complex than conventional cars and involve mechanical,electrical,control and other physical fields.In order to build a special simulation software platform for the performance of enterprise hybrid vehicles and optimize the economic performance that pays more attention to in practice,this paper constructs the underlying flexible,highly reusable and scalable hybrid vehicle model based on Modelica language suitable for multi-domain complex system modeling,verifies and analyzes its dynamic and economic performance,and optimizes its economic performance.The construction of hybrid vehicle model is the premise of simulation analysis.First of all,on the basis of the detailed description of the key components function,working principle and mathematical model of hybrid vehicles,Modelica models of each component are constructed,including engines,BSG motors,batteries,transmissions,etc.Then,on the basis of the component model,the vehicle model of hybrid vehicle is built,which lays the foundation for the subsequent dynamic and economic simulation analysis and optimization.In order to build a special simulation software platform for enterprise vehicle power and economy,it is necessary to obtain the vehicle model with high accuracy and accuracy,and the power and economy in line with the design requirements.Through the economic simulation of maximum vehicle speed and fuel consumption,and the comparative verification and verification analysis of the output key variable curve and the experimental data curve,the results show that the hybrid vehicle model with high reusability and high scalability is in line with the expected requirements,which lays the foundation for the construction of enterprise-specific simulation software platform and effectively improves the research and development efficiency of subsequent products.In addition,in view of the actual situation that pays more attention to the economic performance of automobile,select the key parameters such as main gear reducer ratio and transmission ratio of transmission gear to study its dynamic and economic performance,the simulation results show that the economy is better on the basis of satisfying power,and its economy is not linear with the main gear reducer ratio and transmission gear ratio.Finally,in order to obtain the optimal economic performance of this hybrid vehicle,the main gear reducer ratio and transmission ratio of the model are optimized by particle group optimization algorithm,and the dynamic and economic simulation analysis of the optimized model is carried out.
