| Technical and economic analysis and evaluation of the project as the main content of the preparatory work for the project, has a crucial role to determine the best implementation plan and project necessity, determine the feasibility and choose the best project construction, it gives the project construction to provide scientific reference. Project feasibility study is scientific, can not only avoid the investment risk, but also can improve the level of the investment return of the project.Main purpose of this paper is studying the related theory, the technical and economic evaluation method and comprehensive evaluation method on Yunnan Tianwei power transformer construction projects. First the paper introduces the background and significance of the project, and the project and the project feasibility research of the related theory of research status at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized, and lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent papers. On this basis, the paper combines the construction project of the production collaboration, plant design, equipment selection, process route, the construction environment, occupational safety and health, fire control, and makes technology feasibility analysis, economic analysis and evaluation, analysis and evaluation results show that from the project’s profitability, solvency, ability to resist risks different ways, such as economic indicators are able to satisfy the standard of the industry’s average, so the project has good efficiency on technical and economic feasibility. This paper, provides a scientific basis for the implementation of the project. |
