Research On HFACS Analysis Framework And Complex Network Measurement Of Collapse Accident

Due to its high risk,the construction industry has always been a focus area of the society.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the construction industry and the improvement of construction output value,the safety production situation has become increasingly severe.The main manifestations are: the number of production safety accidents and the death toll of housing and municipal engineering in our country have shown an upward trend in the past five years.However,among the many types of safety production accidents in the construction industry,collapse accidents have the characteristics of large injuries and serious losses.In order to clarify the key causes of the collapse accidents,this article starts from the 156 larger and above collapse accidents that occurred between 2005 and 2020,and conducts research on the collapse accidents.First,based on the traditional HFACS framework,referring to expert opinions and the characteristics of the collapse accident,this paper constructs the HFACS framework of the collapse accident from a systematic perspective,and verifies the rationality and practicability of the framework.The framework covers the causes of collapse accidents at different levels,such as unsafe behavior,people,things,environmental status,organizational management,technical management,and structural status.Secondly,a statistical analysis of 156 accident reports collected was carried out to reveal the distribution law of collapse accidents in terms of region,type,and time.At the same time,through the chi-square test and concession ratio analysis of the frame components,21 pairs of elements with significant correlation in the collapse accident were obtained.Thirdly,in order to further determine the cause of the collapse accident,we start with the concrete manifestations of each component of the framework,and use each manifestation as a node,and the causal relationship between nodes as a directed weighted edge to construct a complex network of collapse accidents.By calculating the basic statistical characteristics of the network,the key causes and critical links of the collapse accident can be identified.Finally,combining the analysis results of the components and the analysis of the complex network,prevention and control measures are brought forward from the five perspectives of the HFACS framework of the collapse accident.This article gives full play to the application value of the collapse accident report.On the one hand,referring to the focus of the report,the HFACS framework of the collapse accident is designed and revised;on the other hand,the accident cause chain is extracted from the accident report to construct a complex network of collapse accidents.Through the above analysis ideas and results,opinions on accident prevention and control are put forward,in order to provide a reference for future safety management work.
