| Some urban gas pipelines in China have entered the period of high accident,and the frequent occurrence of gas leakage accidents seriously threaten the safety of people’s life and property.In order to reduce accident rate and reduce accident loss,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and prevent the gas pipeline accident.In view of the complex network characteristics of the occurrence of urban gas pipeline leakage accidents,the accident analysis is carried out from the perspective of complex network.Then the main cause of the accident is identified and the targeted control measures are taken to prevent the evolution of the accident.The theoretical basis for accident prevention managementand provided.According to the theory of accident cause,the occurrence process of the accident is analyzed,and the cause of the accident is classified and identified.An event chain method is used to analyze the evolution model of the accident.Based on the complex network characteristics,the causes and related relationships are mapped into complex networks,and the network of urban gas pipeline leakage accidents is constructed.The identification of the important cause of the accident is transformed into the study of multi-attribute decision making for the importance of the network node.Considering the multiple attribute indexes of network nodes,using Mahalanobis distance to improve the traditional TOPSIS method,the correlation between the indexes was eliminated,and the network node was considered as a multi-attribute decision for the evaluation scheme,and the main reason identification model for the urban gas pipeline leakage accident was established.By using the method of broken chain and disaster reduction,the prevention strategy of the accident is determined according to the corresponding prevention strategy,and the effectiveness of prevention strategy is tested by using the network global efficiency,and the prevention measures of pipeline failure are discussed.The research results can not only provide theoretical basis and reference for the prevention of urban gas pipeline leakage accidents,but also have some reference for other accidents. |
