| In the process of substation daily operation,many problems are involved,such as personnel roles and permissions,complex processes and personnel behavior perception.At present,the management is mainly carried out through the way of work ticket and operation ticket.It is an important link in the digital transformation of power grid to use new technology to supervise the substation personnel,equipment and data,and accurately perceive the operation process state.According to the requirements of the overall technical framework of the Ubiquitous Electric Internet of Things,this paper summarizes three deficiencies in the current substation operation process supervision technology: first,most of the existing systems and supervision platforms in the substation are built in the vertical block mode,so it is difficult to share data between platforms;Second,the object of supervision is single,the degree of digitization is insufficient,and there is a lack of series and collaborative supervision among the objects;Third,the perception ability of personnel behavior in the operation process is insufficient.Aiming at the three problems,this paper designs a technical scheme of digital supervision of operation process,which uses the existing system data of substation and supplements the data according to the needs,and improves the operation management level of substation through the research on the framework design of operation process supervision system,digital supervision of operation process and cognitive algorithm of personnel behavior.Firstly,a framework of workflow monitoring system is designed,and the overall structure of the system,the function of edge computing nodes,data flow and network topology are designed.Combined with mqtt communication protocol,the problems of data sharing,data decoupling,data flow and data storage are effectively solved;Secondly,the framework of digital thread in operation process is designed,and the collected data information is used to describe the digital thread;Then,the deep learning algorithm of behavior cognition based on Yolo is introduced to realize the interaction between cognitive results and operation process,and enhance the perception ability of supervision system.Finally,the test system of workflow supervision is built to test the data communication,the data flow and function in the digital main line of workflow,and the cognitive algorithm of personnel behavior,which achieves the effect of supervising each link in the workflow.The research shows that by integrating the industrial Internet of things,digital thread,cloud technology and deep learning algorithm into the supervision of substation operation process,the compatibility,real-time performance and perception ability of the system can be effectively improved,and the lack of supervision in the middle link of substation operation process can be made up,To realize the "human machine object" series and Digital Collaborative supervision in substation operation process,and enhance the collaborative supervision and perception ability of operation process supervision system. |
