Automobile oil pipe is one of the important components of the vehicle.Its main function is to conduct the internal oil circuit of the automobile.Therefore,the quality of automobile tubing processing quality directly affects the driving performance and safety performance of the vehicle.At present,the size measurement method for the peeling processing of automobile fuel pipes is mainly manual detection.Workers have subjective rounding errors in the size measurement using vernier calipers,and the measurement method is affected by operating habits and measurement parts,so there is a bottleneck in the accuracy of measuring the size.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement of the size of the automotive tubing peeling process,this paper studies an online measurement system of the size of the automotive tubing peeling process based on the visual sensor to achieve the actual requirements of the online measurement of the size of the automotive tubing peeling process.In the process,in view of the fact that the online acquisition of the automotive tubing peeling processing image has false defects such as metal reflection,a related algorithm has been designed to solve such problems.The work of this article is as follows:(1)Summarize the source and purpose of the subject;explain the common dimensional measurement methods and explain their applicable occasions.Collected and reviewed the examples,research status and development trend of visual measurement of product processing dimensions based on visual sensors at home and abroad.(2)Combined with the actual production requirements of the enterprise,the overall requirements of the online measurement system for the peeling processing size of automobile tubing based on visual sensors are proposed,including functional requirements and technical indicators.Summarize the main content of the research in this article and design the overall implementation ideas for the requirements.(3)The pre-processing of the collected tubing image and the background image of the factory measurement work area is realized,which mainly includes camera calibration for distortion correction,filter processing to distinguish the background image and the tubing image,and edge contour extraction based on the gray value gradient Method Feature contour extraction to determine the measurement area and fit it.(4)Realize the design of the online measurement algorithm for the dimensions of the peeling processing of automobile tubing.Based on the preprocessed image information,the size measurement methods including projection transformation,area corrosion,connected domain area threshold screening,pixel equivalent measurement,and five-segment mean method are designed to achieve the online measurement of peeling size.(5)Complete the design and implementation of the defect detection system,including hardware and software.The image acquisition module,image processing and human-computer interaction module based on visual sensor are designed.The former is used to collect the original image data;the latter is used to realize the online measurement of the tubing processing size.Combined with the experimental data,analyze and discuss the effect of the design of the on-line inspection scheme for the quality of automotive fuel pipes.
