XB Airlines Co.,LTD.is a private airline approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.It is the second low-cost airline in China after Spring Airlines.XB air continuously explore and practice of the Chinese model of low-cost airlines,from 2015 to 2019,XB aviation for five consecutive years."China’s leading low-cost carrier",to be able to keep ",China’s leading low cost airline industry status,let the passengers really XB aviation "warm,efficient" service concept,from the Angle of human resource performance evaluation,you need to company on safety,service development objectives and employee performance evaluation indicators,the combination of through evaluation to help employees improve work ability,complete the company’s development goals.Attendants as airline service group,bear the passengers to the airport lounge before boarding the plane until all of the service work,need to deal with passengers of all kinds of questions,to resolve their complaints,etc.,is the civil aviation industry and passengers contact one of the most frequent department communication,is the airlines brand image and service concept of the output window.So this paper through XB airline attendants performance evaluation index as the research object,from the human resources management performance evaluation as the breakthrough point,through literature research,case analysis,interviews and other methods to carry out the system of research,analyse XB aviation ground service present situation and existing problems of performance evaluation index,and according to the problems,according to the principle of performance indicators design and process to find attendants work involved in the key performance indicators,through to improve the way for examination and assessment of key performance indicators,balancing the interests of company and employees,to help staff to complete performance targets at the same time,the development of department’s and company’s goals.Based on the observation and investigation of the daily work of ground service personnel,this paper redesigned the performance evaluation index of XB aviation ground service personnel according to the relevant requirements and practical operations of civil Aviation Administration and the performance evaluation within the industry,and combined with the focus of the development of XB aviation.Redesign of performance evaluation indicators mainly include the punctual,service quality and operation safety of flight 3 class,review monthly,semi-annual,annual cycle,according to the performance evaluation scores high and low for ground attendants pay adjustment and the basis of career advancement,tie the performance evaluation to the immediate interests of the employees,the employees in the process of finish the work in accordance with the requirements of the company to get his personal ability to ascend and the realization of the company’s development goals.
