With the continuous development of the Internet,the digital economy has become a new mode of economic development in China.The essence of the digital economy is information.Informatization not only has a profound impact on people’s work and life,but also plays a decisive role in the development space of enterprises.In the face of the changes in the new situation,in order to promote and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise economy,enterprises attach more and more importance to the informatization construction,Informatization talents with certain foundation and level are the core resources of informatization construction.Therefore,only by effectively motivating employees in information construction can enterprises build a good information construction team and be in an advantageous position in the competition.Airline company A is a private airline that has been established for more than ten years.With the continuous development of civil aviation informatization,in order to achieve the goal of reducing costs,improving services and improving benefits,the company is vigorously promoting the informatization construction.This paper takes the employees of the informatization construction of airline company A as the research object,combined with relevant literature research,by means of questionnaire survey and interview,and combined with the current incentive situation of the company,and analyzes that the incentive mechanism of the employees of the informatization construction has five problems,such as the salary and welfare incentive is not obvious,the performance evaluation effect is not good,the company’s training attention is not high,the employees lack promotion opportunities and career planning,and the lack of mature spiritual incentive.In view of these problems,guided by incentive theory and guided by solving problems,this paper proposes an incentive mechanism optimization scheme conducive to the subsequent development of employees in the informatization construction of Airline company A from the aspects of establishing a reasonable salary and welfare system,improving the assessment and incentive mechanism,establishing the scientific training system,paying attention to employee promotion and development,and constructing mature spiritual incentive.And puts forward specific safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,system,capital and technology,It is hoped that through the implementation of the optimization plan,the company can more effectively help motivate the employees of the informatization construction,so as to promote the sustainable development and progress of the company.At the same time,through the research on the employee incentive mechanism employees of the informatization construction of airline company A,it also provides a reference for similar airlines in the aspect of the employee incentive mechanism of the employees of the informatization construction.
