| With the continuous improvement of our army’s informatization construction level,it has become a trend to use advanced automation and intelligent information technology to promote the army’s information transformation in the military management.In recent years,the close contact between the army and the local personnel,the frequent movement of vehicles within the army,and the difficulty in the control of the entrance and exit of the barracks have caused great difficulties to the military management.The traditional management methods can not meet the needs of army standardization and information construction.As the "face" of the army,the use of advanced automation and intelligent information technology to improve the standardization and informatization level of Military Barracks Management and control is of great significance to the overall modernization of the army.From this point of view,this paper proposes an intelligent entrance and exit management system of military barracks based on automatic license plate recognition,which can realize the accurate management of personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the military barracks,facilitate the daily work training of the army,and help the army improve the level of information management.In order to facilitate the troops to deploy the system,the army barracks gate intelligent access management system is designed and implemented with B/S architecture.The back-end code is developed based on springboot and mybatis framework.My SQL are selected for database storage.This paper first discusses the background,significance and core problems of this system.Then the system requirements are analyzed from the functional requirements and non functional requirements.In the design part of the system,the technical architecture,functional architecture,database design and other aspects of the system requirements are designed in detail.In the part of system implementation and testing,the implementation process and test results of system function modules are introduced,and the realization results of some core functions are shown.After verification,the system can meet the actual needs of the army for the entrance and exit management of barracks.This system has designed and realized five functional modules: personnel information management,vehicle information management,personnel access management,vehicle access management and system management.Through the use of license plate automatic recognition technology based on deep neural network and machine learning algorithm,the system has established a fully functional intelligent access management system for military barracks,which effectively improves the informatization,normalization and intelligence of the army Management level. |
