| With the continuous promotion of prefabricated buildings,some new types of temporary supports have also been widely used in prefabricated building construction.Today,when building industrialization is vigorously promoted,in order to adapt to its characteristics of construction mechanization and scientific organization and management,this article combines traditional independent steel Support work characteristics Based on relevant literature research,Aiming at the hoisting construction of precast concrete composite slabs,a new type of independent steel support to improve construction efficiency is proposed-temporary support of independent steel pillar of composite floor.Temporary support is an indispensable part of prefabricated building construction,and its mechanical properties directly affect the construction progress of the project and the safety of life and property.Therefore,this paper uses the ABAQUS finite element software to study the force performance and support spacing of the Independent steel support for laminated floor.The main research contents are as follows:Through the simulation analysis of the size of the independent steel support top pallet of the composite floor under different working conditions,it is found that the top pallet size should not be less than 400mm×400mm under the condition of the maximum support spacing allowed by the current standard.Through the simulation analysis and research on the stability under pressure of the independent steel support of the composite floor slab under different working conditions,the weak point of the support at the connection between the independent steel support cannula and the casing is obtained.When the intubation yields,the combined support head does not reach the yield strength;The effect of bending on the bearing capacity of the support cannot be ignored.The vertical deviation should be minimized during construction;as the support height is reduced,the stable bearing capacity is greatly improved,the ratio of the difference in the stability bearing capacity corresponding to the different restraints at the ends of the support is decreasing,and the material is used more fully.At the same height,the pressure receiving composite floor slab independent steel support stable bearing capacity of a small difference with the conventional separate steel support;the increase in the size of the top pallet has a negligible impact on the stability of the support under compression.The combined support head stress has an influence.Through the simulation analysis of the size and spacing of the independent steel supports of the composite floor slab under different working conditions,it is obtained that the spacing of the independent steel supports increases linearly with the increase of the size of the top pallet,fit the calculation formula between top pallet size and support spacing.Through the analysis of the simulation results,suggestions for the layout of the independent steel supports of the composite floor slab.The design and calculation of the independent steel support of the composite floor slab are carried out through the calculation methods of the two codes.Comparing the calculation results of the two standards,the calculation results for the support axis pressure value and the compressive stability strength value are relatively close,for the shear resistance of the bolt For the design value of force,the calculation result of the Shandong Province standard is about 3 times that of the association standard. |
