| The anti-shock ability of shipboard equipment directly determines the vitality of the ship.Taking the United States,which is the most developed maritime military country,as an example,it has a complete military standard MIL-S-901 D in terms of equipment anti impact assessment specifications,and also has assessment tools for shipborne equipment used in line with the standard.In contrast,the American standard is still used in the assessment specification of medium-sized shipboard equipment in China,and the dynamic principle is not well understood and the reliability is not enough.Under this background,this paper studies the dynamic characteristics of the medium-sized pendulum impact machine.Under this background,this paper studied the dynamic characteristics of pendulum medium-sized impact machine,revealed the dynamic characteristics of the assessment equipment of the mediumsized impact machine,and analyzed the impact environmental characteristics of the mediumsized impact machine.This paper analyzed GJB150.18-86,which was formulated according to the American Standard,so as to provide reference for the experimental parameter design of medium-sized impact machine.At present,the research on the dynamic characteristics of pendulum impact testing machine is not comprehensive enough.In order to solve this problem,firstly,the dynamic model of the medium-sized impact testing machine was established.Simplified the channel steel structure of the medium-sized impact testing machine,established the coordinate system according to the theory of kardan angle,and calculated the system,the dynamic model has been established,which laied the foundation for the research on the dynamic characteristics of the pendulum medium-sized impact testing machine.Then the finite element simulation software was used to complete the pendulum type medium-sized impact machine test.Through the analysis and summary of a large number of experimental data,the dynamic characteristics of the impact test bench and channel steel were preliminarily obtained.The correctness of the conclusion was verified by impact test.Aiming at the problem that the deep reason of GJB150.18-86 working condition setting is not clear,in this paper,according to GJB150.18-86,the working conditions of finite element simulation test and shock test were set.Through the above methods,the dynamic characteristics of channel steel and table of pendulum medium-sized shock machine were obtained,and the spectral velocity range of the first,second and third working conditions of GJB150.18-86 was obtained.The reason of GJB150.18-86 working condition setting was explained.In order to design the test parameters of the pendulum type medium-sized shock testing machine,on the premise of verifying the correctness of the finite element simulation test,a large number of finite element simulation tests were carried out to obtain sufficient data,and the data results were analyzed and fitted to obtain the test parameter design formula.The correctness of the fitting formula was verified,so as to design the test parameters of the medium-sized shock testing machine. |
