The urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor is a new type of municipal infrastructure project which integrates all kinds of pipelines such as heat,drainage,communication and electric power,which solves the difficulties in the maintenance and maintenance of the traditional directly buried pipe network in the city and the need for repeated excavation of the road surface.and it is beneficial to save land resources.In foreign countries,the in-depth research and promotion of underground comprehensive pipe corridor began as early as the 19 th century,but the construction of underground comprehensive pipe corridor in our country is relatively late and lack of construction experience.in terms of engineering cost control,it is still at a primary,extensive and empirical management level,so it is very necessary to study the cost control of underground comprehensive pipeline corridor engineering.This paper takes the selection of equipment and material procurement scheme,construction scheme design and cost control method during the construction of an underground comprehensive pipe corridor project in TS city as the research object.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and significance of the project,and puts forward the research objectives,research methods and research ideas according to the cost control characteristics of the underground comprehensive pipeline corridor project.secondly,it introduces the basic concepts of cost control and value engineering theory.the specific application methods and steps of value engineering theory in target cost determination,construction organization scheme and material procurement scheme selection are summarized.Then,through the field investigation of an underground comprehensive pipe corridor project in TS,some problems are found,such as the overexpenditure of equipment and materials,the unreasonable selection of construction scheme,the backwardness of cost control methods and the hidden dangers of quality and safety,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the project,the value engineering theory is introduced,combined with the expert scoring method to determine the target cost of the project,and the construction organization design scheme and equipment and material procurement scheme are analyzed and compared,and the best scheme is finally determined.it achieves the purpose of saving money on the premise of ensuring that the quality and progress of the project will not be affected.Through the effective control of the cost of the underground comprehensive pipe corridor project,the management level and cost control ability of construction enterprises are improved,which provides a reference for the sustainable development of construction enterprises in our country.Figure 2;Table 36;Reference 51...
