In recent years,with the continuous advancement of urbanization,the contradiction between the excessive growth of urban population and the relatively backward level of urban infrastructure construction has become increasingly prominent,causing urban diseases such as "traffic congestion" and "road zipper" to continue to spread.In order to make full use of urban space and effectively improve traffic pressure,various governments have issued policies to promote the comprehensive construction and utilization of underground space,especially the construction of subways and urban comprehensive pipe corridors.The integrated construction of the subway and the urban underground comprehensive pipeline corridor can improve the traffic conditions while minimizing the impact of construction on society.This will be the main development direction of urban infrastructure construction for a period of time.Due to the many uncertainties in the underground engineering,and the less experience in the construction of the underground pipeline corridor,compared with the construction of the conventional underground pipeline corridor,the construction process of the underground underground pipeline corridor will inevitably encounter more risks.It is helpful to guide the construction and management of such projects by identifying the risk factors during the construction process of the underground underground integrated pipeline corridor project and comprehensively evaluating the risk factors.This article takes the M-track urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor project as an example to study the construction risk management of the track-based pipe corridor project.First,the brainstorming method was used to establish the initial risk identification list for the construction of underground integrated pipeline corridors in the following cities,and the risk that may be encountered during the construction process of the project was re-identified by the expert investigation method to determine the project risk identification list.Including 2 environmental risks and 7 technical risks.11 management risks.Secondly,establish a risk evaluation index system according to the list of risk factors,use the risk matrix method to qualitatively analyze each risk factor through the risk occurrence probability and the degree of impact caused by the risk occurrence,and finally give the corresponding risk level.At the three levels of criteria and indicators,the weight of each risk factor is calculated to determine the quantitative level of risk;through the above two analysis methods,management risk is the most important risk of the project,followed by technical risk,and the smallest impact of environmental risk Among them,communication with the operating unit and daily safety management are the two risk factors with the highest risk level among management risks.Among the technical risks,the risk of the tunnel segment floating or even the deformation of the track caused by the excavation and unloading of the foundation pit affecting the normal operation of the subway is the most serious The two risk factors,environmental risk,have little impact on this project.Finally,according to the actual work and the type of risk,according to the four risk response strategies of risk retention,risk mitigation,risk transfer,and risk avoidance,the risk response measures during the construction process of the project are targeted.The risk mitigation and risk avoidance strategies are The strategy applied most in this project,I hope that the research in this paper can provide experience in risk management for subsequent similar projects.
