| Under the background of environmental pollution and resource scarcity,the construction industry,as an important force in China’s economic growth,is facing huge challenges.It has a huge impact on the environment and consumes a lot of resources.The transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is in the long-term interests of the people.As an environment-friendly building,prefabricated buildings can improve resource utilization,reduce environmental pollution,and improve construction efficiency.First of all,compare relevant domestic evaluation standards,comb through domestic and foreign research literature on prefabricated buildings and green buildings,and analyze that the current standard’s shortcomings are that the indicators fail to reflect the characteristics of the full life cycle.Reflect the green performance of prefabricated buildings in the whole life cycle.Then,the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method were used to weight the evaluation indicators to avoid being too subjective to cause artificial bias in the evaluation results,and the combined weighting method was used to obtain the combined weight results.Finally,based on the basic principles of the extension evaluation method,the prefabricated building green evaluation model was built on the basis of the classic domain and the section domain,The model is verified through a case,and the green evaluation result is "two-star",which validates the constructed green evaluation model for prefabricated buildings.It is expected that this model can promote the sound development of my country’s construction industry and attract more investors to understand the advantages of prefabricated buildings.Figure 8;Table 39;Reference 52... |
