In recent years,under the country’s vigorous promotion and policy requirements,various provinces and cities have made achievements in prefabricated buildings,but the overall development speed is still not high.In the construction process of the project,the visible schedule risk factors and high cost make it difficult to control the cost and schedule,which brings greater pressure to construction companies and is not accepted by the general construction industry.Therefore,the research on the schedule risk management of prefabricated building construction is helpful to control the schedule in the project construction process,take risk prevention measures in advance,avoid schedule risks as much as possible,and ensure the realization of schedule goals.First of all,the thesis analyzes and screens the risk factors of prefabricated building construction progress through literature analysis and engineering examples,and builds a corresponding indicator system,and finally obtains an indicator system of 7 dimensions and 21 indicators;Secondly,use the entropy method and DEMATEL to calculate the indicator weights,and then use the minimum deviation combination method to determine the combination weights,and use the combination weights to determine the key influencing factors;the results show that the key influencing factors are mainly lack of skilled workers,The construction plan is unreasonable,the construction is difficult,the application of BIM and other emerging industry technologies in the prefabricated building system is not mature,and the general contractor is not well managed,etc.;Finally,the combination weights combined with fuzzy theory to construct a risk assessment model,combined with the FX prefabricated construction project to evaluate the project schedule risk level,and finally get the risk level of each indicator layer and project schedule;the results show that the biggest schedule risk faced by the project is Contractor risk factors,the overall project schedule risk level is medium,which is a general risk,and corresponding control measures are proposed for each indicator based on the evaluation results.The research results show that the use of risk assessment model to conduct project schedule risk assessment is beneficial to increase the construction speed,and to control the progress during the project construction process to make the project complete on schedule;it is helpful to improve the construction schedule management system of the project and improve the project schedule management At the same time,it can also improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
