In the era of rapid economic development,people’s excessive demand for energy leads to energy depletion and air pollution.It can be seen that gas-powered vehicles are not only the cause of energy depletion but also the cause of air pollution.Furthermore,in this case,electric cars to replace fuel cars is an urgent matter.But it is worth paying attention that charging pile is one of the most important links in the high-speed development of electric steam.Therefore,it is very necessary to design a safe,reliable,intelligent and efficient charging pile with simple operation for the development of electric vehicles.By establishing the basic model of the battery,the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery are analyzed,and the three-stage intelligent charging method is adopted according to the MAS charging principle.AC-DC-DC rectifier circuit is selected to reduce the harmonic pollution caused by battery charging.According to GB /T 18487-2015 and other new standards,the communication interaction function is designed and completed.The 32-bit ARM processor STM32 series produced by ST company is used as the control chip,and other circuits are designed,including power module,charging module,detection module,transaction settlement module,etc.Aiming at the nonlinear and large hysteresis of the charging control system,the fuzzy neural network PID control system is designed based on the fuzzy control and the neural network.The self-learning ability of neural network is used to optimize the three parameters of PID controller.MATLAB simulation,compared with PID and fuzzy PID.The results show that the fuzzy neural network PID system has faster response,smaller overshoot and shorter stabilization time.In addition,it has strong anti-interference and adaptive ability and good robustness.The method improves the accuracy and efficiency of the control system and achieves the goal of charging pile controlling the current(voltage).Figure 49;Table 7;Reference 51...
