Driven by the energy revolution,smart grids,renewable energy,electric vehicles,etc.have developed rapidly,which has also promoted the take-off of the electric energy storage and retired power battery recycling industries.The value of echelon utilization of power batteries to the electric vehicle and energy storage industries has attracted more and more attention from related companies.However,as the power battery recycling system has not yet been formed,and information sharing technologies such as power battery data have yet to be developed,the echelon utilization of retired power batteries faces many problems in cost and mechanism,and the difficulty and cost remain high.At present,the domestic echelon utilization of power batteries in energy storage applications are mainly demonstration projects.The whole life cycle management concept of the power grid company’s supply chain has not been fully implemented,and the lack of synergy in the construction of the external ecosystem has restricted the company’s leading role in the energy industry supply chain ecosystem.This thesis investigated domestic electric energy storage and power battery recycling from the aspects of policy and development status,system construction,technical points,and practical difficulties.The deployment prospects of retired power batteries in power storage applications and the obstacles to the development of power battery echelon utilization were analyzed.Explained the comprehensive energy service situation of power grid companies and the status quo of the echelon utilization of power batteries in energy storage applications,and analyzed power battery echelon utilization supply chain coordination issues from four aspects: energy storage industry,power battery recovery system,battery traceability,and grid material supply chain.The purpose is to improve the convenience and effectiveness of data collection and management in the recycling process,extend the efficient use of power batteries to the entire life cycle,and at the same time improve the supply and management of power grid companies,strengthen the coordination of the power battery supply chain ecosystem,and promote efficiency cooperation.In the end,the thesis puts forward the safeguard measures,implementation methods and expected effects of the plan,points out the related deficiencies of the research in this thesis,and proposes expandable research directions in order to provide reference for business practice. |
