The massive use of fossil energy by humans and the acceleration of industrialization will lead to huge carbon pollution. The promotion of new energy vehicles mainly driven by pure electric drives has gradually become an effective way to reduce carbon emissions in the automotive industry, indicating that the number of retired new energy vehicle power batteries is about to blow out.At present, the recycling and comprehensive utilization of decommissioned power batteries in my country is in the critical stage of improving policies and construction channels. The government attaches great importance to and has formulated a number of policies to encourage relevant enterprises to recycle and comprehensively utilize used power batteries.Emphasis is placed on actively implementing the extension of producer responsibility system. The extended producer responsibility system requires the supply chain to undertake the dual environmental responsibilities of "product ecodesign" and "recycling".In view of the practical problems of new energy vehicle power battery recycling, this paper firstly establishes a single recycling channel, dual recycling channels and Seven recycling models including three recycling channels, introduce the design level parameters of the power battery related to the ecological design of products, compare and analyze the optimal decision-making of each recycling model, and discuss the design level of the key parameters for the cascade utilization of the supply chain The impact of decision-making,pricing decisions, recovery rates, the profits of each participating company and the overall profits of the supply chain.Secondly, based on the optimal dual-channel recycling model for battery manufacturers and new energy vehicle companies, three subsidy policies are considered to explore the policy effects of different government subsidy policies in promoting product ecodesign and end-use recycling. The research results show that,no matter from the perspective of cascade utilization design level, recovery rate or from the perspective of supply chain profit, the mixed channel recycling mode participated by battery manufacturers is significantly better than other modes, which reflects the battery manufacturers’ role in the cascade utilization of waste power batteries. The importance of the process;when there is only one recycling channel, battery manufacturers, car companies and third-party companies prefer to undertake recycling activities themselves;when recycling competition intensifies, all three types of companies prefer a dual-channel recycling model with their own participation;all recycling In the mode, the cascade utilization design of new batteries will promote the recycling of waste power batteries;the government subsidized battery recycling can effectively encourage battery manufacturers to carry out cascade reuse design and promote the recycling of waste power batteries.By designing an appropriate subsidy mechanism, the government can achieve a win-win policy effect of ecological design and recycling.
