With the popularity and use of new energy vehicles,a large number of new energy vehicle batteries are about to be abandoned.Battery recycling has brought major challenges to environmental protection and sustainable development.In the face of such a large amount of scrap,if these batteries can not be effectively recycled,it will be impossible to obtain useful substances to achieve the sustainable development of resources.At the same time,recycling,disassembly,transportation and other links will also cause pollution to the environment.At present,the echelon utilization of batteries after recycling has become the main way to realize the sustainable utilization of resources.However,the non-standard collection and treatment process will still pose a potential threat to the environment and human health.In order to better solve these problems,blockchain technology can be used to track the complete life cycle of batteries,so as to support efficient recycling and reuse.The traceability of blockchain technology can also help new energy vehicle retailers and battery manufacturers better achieve compliance requirements.This paper establishes a supply chain model consisting of new energy vehicle retailers,battery manufacturers and third-party recyclers.The basic scenario of supply chain members’ recycling and echelon utilization without blockchain technology is analyzed,and the scenario of using blockchain technology to achieve information traceability is discussed.The demand function and profit function are constructed respectively when different supply chain members are recycling entities.By using Stackelberg game theory,the optimal profit and the optimal recovery strategy of the recycling supply chain members are obtained.Through numerical simulation,this paper discusses the relationship between the recovery cost,traceability level and echelon utilization rate and the optimal recovery price and optimal profit,and draws relevant conclusions and gives management enlightenment.Three conclusions are drawn as follows: when the proportion of retired batteries that can be used in echelon is high,supply chain members are more willing to choose the mode of recycling by themselves.At the same time,when the recovery cost is large,supply chain members should adopt blockchain technology to obtain greater profits.In addition,with the improvement of traceability level,higher profit growth rate will be achieved.This paper fully considers the differences among different recycling subjects in terms of recycling and echelon utilization,and focuses on analyzing the influence of decision-making under different recycling scenarios,e.g.,recovery cost,cost optimization coefficient,and so on.In addition,the proposed strategy for closed-loop supply chain recycling considers the level of traceability afforded by adopting blockchain technology to make the model more realistic and practically applicable,which provides some management revelation and theoretical basis for supply chain members.
