China's economic development has become increasingly prosperous, since the reform and opening up to improve the level of urbanization has caused serious urban traffic congestion problems, all over the country set off the climax of the construction of the subway. Flow of the bustling crowd, if the subway in operation process appeared accident, the consequences could be disastrous, subway operation safety is all people pay more and more attention. If you don't want to have a major subway safety accident, and effective control beforehand, then we will be on the safety of the subway operating system for accurate and feasible risk assessment.The worldwide in the safe operation of subway accident data statistical analysis, according to the results of the analysis to determine the major subway accident is what type, find out is the root cause of the subway accident and affecting the safety of metro operation risk factors attributed to four points. One is the people, two is the equipment and facilities, three is the environment, the four is the management. Secondly, through the guidance of system safety theory, the main risk factors that affect the safety of subway operation are divided into levels, and the size of the risk level of each level is determined by using the analytic structure model.In the subway operation system risk assessment model, once again to build the most suitable, first of all, the use of triangular fuzzy number analysis method, calculated the weight of each security risk index, in the process of calculation, we will to the working life of the metro in related fields of each evaluation personnel as the basis, set the corresponding weight value in order to reduce the subjective factor of the appraisal personnel on the evaluation results. In risk quantification system and subsystem, the use of risk classification evaluation method on four aspects of people, equipment, facilities, environment and management of risk classification, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, quantify the level of risk. By reference to these methods and data analysis, hoping to help the subway operators to make scientific management decisions, to a certain extent, to promote the safety level of the subway operating system.
