The thesis is based on the microcontroller—STM8AF5288,which is used as the sunroof system to satisfy automobile application by ST company,and LIN bus communication network technology to design a controller and develop an anti-pinch algorithm for the auto electronic sunroof.And it mainly contains the following five parts:1.According to the system function requirement,it designs the whole project of antipinch control system of the auto electronic sunroof.It is based on the LIN bus as control method,the body controller as master node,sunroof anti-pinch controller as slave node.The sunroof anti-pinch controller controls motor rotation by receiving control commands of body controller through LIN bus,and then sends information such as sunroof location,running status via the LIN bus.2.It designs anti-pinch control system of the auto electronic sunroof network communication.The LIN bus connects the body controller and the sunroof anti-pinch controller to form a LIN network.In the CANoe.LIN simulation environment,it tests the bus network and if the communication requirement of sunroof control system meets the design criteria.3.It designs anti-pinch algorithm of the anto electronic sunroof anti-pinch control system.The sunroof anti-pinch strategy of control system design is based on hall sensor.When the motor revolutions change,hall sensor collects the output hall pulse signals,and then electronic control unit makes a judgement on hall signals processing to tell whether to start the anti-pinch operation.4.The hardware design of controller,including minimum system,power management,motor drive,hall signal acquisition,network communication module,etc.5.The system function and performance test,mainly focusing on the basic function of system,EMC,and product validation tested in detail.Under the hardware test environment,the sunroof initialization,switch,power down memory and close anti-pinch function could operate normally;Under restricted temperature and voltage,it carries out controller performance test,and the test result should meet customer sunroof A-level,all the functions conform to design requirements and no any abnormal phenomenon during and after the experiment.EMC test according to the enterprise standard The electrical/electronic components and subsystems EMC requirements,under the controller the radio frequency interference(1 MHZ to 400 MHZ),large current injection method,radio frequency interference(80 MHZ to 80 MHZ)antenna injection method,magnetic field(15 KHZ to 150 KHZ)interference such as harassment,the performance is normal.Test results show that the system function operates normally and meets the industry product standards.
