With the development of the civil engineering industry,buildings are developing in the direction of green,energy-saving,robust,economical,and beautiful.At the same time,the requirements for basic engineering are also increased.As a new type of variable cross-section pile developed in recent years,concrete expanded piles are widely used because of their high bearing capacity,flexible design,small and uniform settlement,complete construction equipment,effective project cost reduction,and environmental protection.The construction industry and the attention of many scholars.At this stage,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted research on concrete expanded piles,which mainly cover the pull-out capacity and compressive capacity under vertical loads.The research on horizontal loads is still at the preliminary stage,and the research process has not been considered.The elastic deformation of the pile in the actual project.In order to better improve the force mechanism of concrete expanded piles under horizontal loads,this paper firstly proposes the concept of flexible concrete expanded piles,which means that when the diameter of the concrete expanded piles is not large,the piles will be subjected to horizontal loads.A state of bending and deforming under the force of the body.In this paper,the original soil test of the small half-section pile model and the ANSYS finite element simulation analysis method are used to study the influence of the position of the horizontal force on the soil around the flexible concrete expanded pile pile and the anti-overturning ability.In terms of finite element simulation analysis,the pile-soil data simulates the actual engineering data to the greatest extent,and the disk parameters are designed with the optimal parameters studied by the research group.Through software calculation,the displacement cloud diagram and stress cloud diagram are extracted,and corresponding conclusions are drawn based on the simulation results.In terms of testing,this paper uses a half-section pile small model intact soil test.The test reduces the pile foundation at a ratio of 1:30,and controls the disk position as a single variable to record the changes in the pile body and the destruction of the soil around the pile during the test.And record the value of the displacement of the pile body,and draw the load-displacement curve diagram with the data,and draw the research conclusion.Through model test and finite element simulation analysis and comparison,it can be obtained that the position of the bearing plate is different,which affects the horizontal bearing performance of the concrete enlarged plate pile and the failure state of the soil around the pile is different.When the plate position is relatively close to the pile top,the bearing plate resists The horizontal load capacity is high,and the displacement of the bottom of the pile is small,and the pile body is stable,but it should not be too close to the top of the pile.In actual engineering,full consideration should be given to its compressive and uplift capacity,otherwise the soil will be uplifted;Combining the slip line theory and the principle of linear elastic deformation,the calculation model of the ultimate bearing capacity of flexible concrete expanded piles is deduced.In this thesis,based on the study of the position of the foot-wall of the horizontal load on the damage state and the anti-overturning capacity of the soil around the flexible concrete expanded pile pile,according to the pile-soil force mechanism of the concrete expanded pile pile under the horizontal load,the horizontal load is deduced The calculation mode of concrete expanded piles has laid a reliable theoretical foundation for the popularization,application and design of concrete expanded piles in actual projects.
