| Concrete Expanded-plate Pile is a new type of variable cross-section cast-in-place pile proposed in recent years.The bearing enlarged plate is set at the appropriate position of the pile body.Unlike ordinary concrete straight hole cast-in-place pile,concrete expanded pile can only resist the vertical load and horizontal load by the side friction of pile end and pile body.The bearing enlarged plate is formed by adding squeezed expanded plate,which improves the compression resistance,uplift resistance and stability of the pile Overturning resistance.The concrete expanded plate pile can make full use of the engineering geological conditions,and set the bearing enlarged plate in the hard soil layer,so as to achieve better bearing effect.This paper is mainly through the combination of experimental research and ANSYS simulation.Under the influence of horizontal load,the number of plates is mainly studied in depth.As the main factor affecting the bearing capacity of concrete belled pile,it is of great significance to accurately determine the influence of the increase of the number of plates on the bearing capacity and the failure state of soil around the pile.In this paper,through small-scale model test and ANSYS finite element simulation analysis,flexible concrete belled pile under horizontal load is studied.In the aspect of test,according to the visual small-scale model,the pile-soil state of flexible concrete pile under horizontal load is photographed and recorded,and relevant data are collected.Through recording and analysis,it is concluded that flexible concrete expanded disk pile will produce two different phenomena of pile bending and overturning under horizontal load.When controlling the horizontal displacement of pile top,the more disks,the better bearing capacity.In the part of finite element simulation,the flexible concrete belled pile is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS software.According to the analysis of displacement nephogram,stress nephogram and various curves,the bearing plate plays an important role in resisting horizontal load.With the increase of the number of plates,the horizontal bearing capacity of flexible concrete belled pile is also improved,but the number of plates has a certain range Based on the comprehensive consideration of economic benefits and horizontal bearing capacity,and through the comparative analysis of test results and simulation results,the optimal value range of pile-soil failure state and the number of plates is determined,and the calculation formula of flexible concrete expanded plate pile is determined according to the slip line theory body deformation principle.This paper studies the influence of the number of footwall under horizontal load on flexible concrete belled pile,analyzes the failure state and horizontal bearing capacity of soil around the pile,improves the design theory of concrete belled pile,and provides reliable theoretical basis for the application of concrete belled pile in practical engineering. |
