Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Medical Enterprises Under Asset Light Operation Mode

In the age of rapid development of new economy,business operation mode innovation is changing rapidly,new technology and new mode are constantly reformating the survival and evolution of enterprises.From the inception to maturity,enterprises should adopt appropriate operation business models in different development stages.In order to maximize value,enterprises should not blindly progress in technology and expand the market share,but also should focus on the improvement of "light assets",such as research and development,sales,brand and supply chain.Under the impact of the New Coronavirus epidemic in 2020,the domestic medical enterprises have speed up the transition and upgrading of China’s medical industry in the 2020-2025 years.However,due to the lack of innovation capability and backward management in medical enterprises,the present development situation of medical enterprises is insufficient.Therefore,how to prefect the business operation model and maximize the value of the enterprise has become a problem need to be solved by many medical enterprises.Taking Mindray medical as an example,a leading enterprise in the field of medical devices.This thesis systematically introduces the basic operation situation of Mindray medical,the reasons for carry out the light asset operation model and the approach to realize it,and effectively tests the features of the light asset operation modle.According to the analysis of the financial indicators and economic added value from 2015 to 2019,and effective comparison with its peers,it is found that Mindray medical can take the lead in the industry and successfully implement the light asset operation model.But in the application of this mode,there are also some problems,such as low gross profit,low return on net assets,low turnover rate of accounts receivable.Through the analysis and research on the above problems,the solution strategies are put forward.We hope to provide some theoretical and practical experience for medical enterprises and other enterprises applying asset light operation mode,and help the transformation and upgrading of China’s medical industry from 2020 to 2025,so as to make China’s brands bigger and stronger.
