Research On The Financial Performance Of Haier Smart Home Based On The Asset-light Operation Mode

Since the founding of New China,China’s manufacturing industry has rapidly developed into an important pillar industry of the national economy.As a result,China has formulated Made in China 2025,which has promoted China’s industrialization and laid the development tone for China to become a manufacturing power.However,with the rise of Internet economy,the development of manufacturing industry has had a huge impact.As the main industry in the manufacturing industry,the household appliance industry,on the one hand,has a large investment in the production process,including fixed assets,production lines and labor costs,which makes it difficult for enterprises to obtain higher profits.On the other hand,the entry of many international household appliance brands and the saturation of domestic household appliance brands make the household appliance industry face more fierce competition.Therefore,if the household appliance industry wants to break the status quo and seize market share,it must make breakthroughs and find new business methods.The asset light operation mode provides new ideas for the development of enterprises.Haier Smart Home,a leader in the consumer electronics industry,seized the opportunity well and took the initiative in making the decision to change the way real estate lighting is done and improved its competitiveness and profitability,this is of great importance for the transformation and development of other consumer electronics companies.In this study,Haier Smart Home was chosen as a representative of the home appliance industry for analysis.First,it analyzes Haier Smart Home,including the basic situation,the reasons for the asset highlighting operation and the path of the asset highlighting operation.Second,the efficiency coefficient method and entropy value method are used to calculate the index coefficients of each Haier smart home evaluation index and the financial performance of Haier Smart Home is comprehensively analyzed.Thirdly,Summarize the problems and reasons for the financial performance of Haier Smart Home.The problems are the decline of inventory turnover,the lack of effective control of inventory quality,and the weak solvency.The corresponding reasons are the Haier Smart Home has a large inventory backlog,the inadequate supervision of outsourcing environment,and the single financing method.Finally,in view of the above problems and causes,three suggestions are given: first,strengthen the awareness of inventory digestion;second,strictly control outsourcing risks;third,establish diversified financing channels.It is hoped that through the overall analysis of Haier Smart Home,it can provide some reference for other enterprises in the household appliance industry,choose their own business mode,and realize the maximization of enterprise value.
