Research On The Motivation, Path And Effect Of The Transformation Of The Asset-light Operation Mode Of Medical Device Enterprises

With the continuous development of social economy and the deepening of globalization,the market environment is also changing with each passing day.In the face of fierce market competition,if an enterprise wants to achieve substantial development,it must not only rely on the expansion of market share,stick to the same mode of operation,but to break the limitations of the traditional model,to seek new development ideas.In addition,with the improvement of Chinese government's attention to medical treatment and the enhancement of people's health care consciousness,the market demand of China's medical device industry is also rising,and the development prospect is good.But at the same time,the industry is also facing certain crises and challenges.Due to the continuous expansion of the Chinese market by foreign developed and mature medical device manufacturers,the competition in the Chinese medical device industry has gradually turned to a white-hot stage,the sales revenue and profit level of many enterprises have decreased,which requires enterprises to adjust timely according to the changes in the external macro-environment,shifting the focus from traditional factors such as labor and land to asset-light factors such as technology research and development,brand building and marketing channels,and leveraging more resources with a lighter asset structure to achieve higher returns on investment,forming the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,the light asset operation mode becomes an important direction of enterprise transformation.At present,most of the scholars' researches on the light asset operation mode focus on how to implement the mode and its impact on financial performance,while this paper focuses on the motivation,path and effect of the light asset transformation,to a certain extent,the relevant theoretical research has been improved.In the selection of the industry,previous scholars mainly focused on real estate,high-tech and household appliance manufacturing enterprises,while in this paper,medical device enterprises related to people's livelihood issues are selected as the research objects,it provides a reference for other enterprises in this industry to transform their operation mode.This article first has carried on the system combing to the previous related literature,then elaborated has analyzed the light asset and the light asset operation pattern connotation,and theoretically analyzed the light asset operation pattern characteristic and the superiority.Then,taking Yuyue medical,a leading enterprise in the medical equipment industry,as a case,and combining with the current development situation of the industry,it analyzes the motivation and path of the transformation of Yuyue medical treatment into a light asset model,it also analyzes its transformation effect from four aspects: Asset Structure,R & D output,profitability and development capability,and finds that the transformation of light asset model improves the performance of enterprises,with the emphasis on R & D and marketing,the products and services of enterprises have acquired the inimitable technical advantages and brand advantages,thus forming the core competitiveness and enhancing the value of enterprises.At the same time,this paper also puts forward some suggestions for improvement,and provides some ideas and enlightenment for other enterprises in the same industry.
